Leadership Development Conferences

I've planned numerous Leadership Conferences; it's actually one of my favorite parts of the job. I've planned conferences for groups as small as 15 and as large as 200.

I will always meet with the Sr Leaders of the organization first to assess the needs and purpose of the conference, budget, and intended takeaways. From there I will start planning a theme, travel, activities, keynotes, workshops, and team building centered around the main objective and takeaways.

Career Paths

It is crucial for employee engagement that the company invest in the development and career of their employees.

The program I am most proud of building was created not only to help people develop skills for their current role but also to identify other skills they were interested in developing. We approached this like the college structure, where their "major" was the skills needed for their current role, allowing them to also "minor" in another area of interest. This structure included CBTs, job shadowing, cross-training, case studies, simulations, etc. We built this program to allow employees to test the waters in other areas of the company and develop skills that encouraged a career path that made the most sense for their future goals.
